5. Limitations of Liability / Disclaimer

• We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that our solutions will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user expectations under all conditions.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Our total liability for any claim related to our services or Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service/project.

• If payment is not made according to agreed schedule, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the contract/project with written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement, and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable time.

• Upon termination, you must pay for all services and work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Konbitsync Technologies L.L.C. is registered.

• Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or services will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, parties can choose mediation or arbitration as agreed in the project contract.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our Website with a revised “Effective Date.”

• Your continued use of the Website or our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
